Terms of service

SupaPocket is a web-based tool for publishing daily work and sharing updates with a team. It is not an emergency dispatch, payroll, accounting, safety-compliance, or navigation service.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Workspace managers control invitations and are responsible for removing people who should no longer have access.

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant SupaPocket the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for having permission to enter and share customer, worker, address, telephone, and job information.

Do not use SupaPocket for unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, harmful code, credential sharing, or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

SupaPocket is currently available in early access without a credit card. The planned price is $15 per month for a workspace with up to 20 team members. Pricing, limits, and billing dates may change before paid plans launch. We will provide advance notice before charging for the service.

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to provide a reliable product, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Early-access features may change.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. SupaPocket is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for decisions made from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated work information.

You may stop using SupaPocket at any time. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these terms. Contact us before closing a workspace if you need a copy of its information.
