Privacy policy

Account information may include your email address, display name, business or workspace name, account role, and authentication records.

Work information may include customer or site names, addresses, schedules, worker assignments, job descriptions, contact telephone numbers, notes, links, job statuses, and comments entered by your team.

We may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser type, device information, error records, and request logs.

We use information to provide the shared daily job board, authenticate users, maintain team access, deliver updates, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve SupaPocket.

We do not sell personal information or use work data for third-party advertising.

SupaPocket relies on infrastructure and database providers, including Vercel and Supabase, to host the application, authenticate users, and store service data. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Information in a workspace is shared with authorized members of that workspace according to their role. Workspace managers are responsible for inviting the correct people and for the work information they add. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.

We retain account and workspace information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing vaibhav@aayutech.in. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
